EzyCarto product documentation

EzyCarto is a connected retail platform comprising the EzyCarto consumer app, EzyCarto POS, EzyCarto Checkout, and EzyCarto Back Office. A shopper cart can move from the consumer app to a supported mobile POS, cashier station, or self-service station while the retailer manages shared product, stock, access, reward, and reporting context in Back Office.

Product information updated 2026-07-18. EzyCarto is designed for retailers and shoppers in supported markets worldwide. App, device, payment, and service availability varies by country and retailer setup. Current prices are shown in GBP, and published UK commercial conditions are clearly identified on the Pricing page.

How a retail journey connects

The products are connected, but they are not interchangeable. Each surface owns a different part of the journey.

1
Configure

Back Office supplies stores, products, stock context, roles, rewards, and plan-controlled settings.

2
Shop

EzyCarto lets a shopper select a participating store, scan products, and build a store-specific cart.

3
Complete

The eligible cart can finish in-app, at EzyCarto POS, or at an EzyCarto Checkout cashier or self-service station.

4
Record

Supported sales, receipts, rewards, inventory, and activity return to the connected business context.

Naming and platform rules

  • EzyCarto is the store-facing name of the consumer app. "Shopper app" describes its role.
  • EzyCarto POS is the iOS and Android merchant app.
  • EzyCarto Checkout is the configurable Windows cashier and self-service checkout application. Retailers may use the terms POS or EPOS depending on their market.
  • EzyCarto Back Office is the authenticated business web console, not an app-store download.

Availability is conditional

A store listing or free app download does not mean every business service is free or available everywhere. Retailer participation, subscription plan, role, device, operating system, region, payment account, connectivity, and optional hardware can change the paths available to a particular deployment.
